To review: realism in a French office (FR), naturalness of the English (US).
Nuances and pitfalls
Mild false friend. In English, report is very broad: a report, a survey, a summary. For a meeting, say minutes, always plural. To be confirmed by the reviewers.
Practice. If nobody comments within a set time, site meeting minutes are often treated as accepted. Common but not universal: to be confirmed, no deadline given without a source.
