Nuances and pitfalls

CCTP (n. m.), CCAP, CCAG. The CCTP (technical) says how to build; the CCAP (special administrative clauses) sets the contract rules: time limits, penalties, payments. These two are part of the DCE (n. m.). The CCAG are general reference documents for public contracts, cited by the other documents.

A document organized by lot. The CCTP is most often written lot by lot (lot 1 structural work, lot 2 roof framing…), with numbered articles. When the drawings and the CCTP contradict each other, the contract sets the order of priority of the documents.
